About Eddie Hsiung

Eddie Hsiung is licensed to practise law in Taiwan and New York. His practice focuses on M&A, securities, financial services, general corporate and commercial, and start-ups. He has participated in corporate transactions in relation to M&A, IPO, JV, cross-border investments and areas, including TMT, bio-tech, big data and digital financial services. Mr Hsiung is also familiar with legal issues regarding the digital economy, digital transformation and the application of new technologies such as fintech, blockchain, virtual assets, AI and data protection. He is often invited to participate in public hearings and seminars to provide advice to the government, regulators, legislators, university/research institutions on regulatory policies.
