Eamonn Butler is an associate solicitor in the employment law group of Arthur Cox LLP and represents clients from a wide range of sectors on all aspects of the employment relationship. Eamonn advises his clients, from the public and private sphere, in respect of both contentious and non-contentious matters, including: disciplinary issues; investigations and sanctions; litigation and dispute resolution; recruitment, grievance and internal complaint procedures; protected disclosures; employment contract terms and policies; redundancy matters; TUPE queries; corporate transactions; and unfair dismissal and discrimination disputes.
