About Eniola Elegushi

Eniola Elegushi is a managing associate with Greychapel Legal and heads the real estate unit. She holds a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial Law from University College London. She has, over the years, garnered admirable expertise advising local and international clients on real estate transactions, including joint venture development partnerships, and real estate financing and acquisitions. Eniola also routinely renders legal advisory services to foreign companies with respect to obtaining permits, consents, approvals and other regulatory requirements for the development and operations of their companies in Nigeria. She is a registered capital market consultant with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria.
