About Enikő Lukács

Enikő Lukács is an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice group at Wolf Theiss Faludi Attorneys at Law, and has valuable experience in the preparation, negotiation and handling of litigation, arbitration, insolvency and enforcement proceedings. She advises national and international clients in a wide range of civil procedures in various industries, and also participates in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings. Enikő regularly deals with restructuring and security enforcement matters, and represents creditors, especially in the financial sector. Her area of interest is matters relating to restructuring proceedings and cross-border insolvency. She regularly contributes to publications on arbitration and insolvency topics, and actively participates in the professional work of the Hungarian Arbitration Association.
