Dr Ceylan Necipoğlu is a senior associate at Moroğlu Arseven who specialises in IT law, particularly e-commerce, internet law, fintech, emerging technologies, cryptocurrencies, privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, compliance and telecommunications law.
