About Diego Coelho

Diego Coelho is a partner at SPLaw, and co-heads the intellectual property and life science practices. He is an experienced and certified Brazilian attorney. He served as the general counsel, legal and compliance, for the Brazilian subsidiary of two multinational biopharmaceutical companies, as well as heading the IP department of the largest Brazilian cosmetics company. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Brazilian IP Association. Diego frequently advises biopharmaceutical and medical device companies on complex interplays between life science, regulatory law and IP matters.
