Denisse Borja Rendón
graduated as a lawyer from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil in 2015, and holds a master´s degree in International Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). She works as an associate lawyer at Pino Elizalde Abogados within the tax department, where she provides tax advisory services, including the implementation of good corporate governance rules. Her last publication was the article “Arbitration under the UN Model Convention" published by the University of Vienna, within the edition "OECD Arbitration in Tax Treaty Law" by Linde Verlag.
