Daniel Raun is a founding partner of Advestra. Prior to that he was partner at a leading Swiss law firm. Daniel’s work focuses on advising private and public companies as well as private equity, venture capital and other investors on acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint vetures, spin-offs and other carve-out transactions and other M&A transactions. He further advises on capital market transactions, corporate and securities laws, including corporate governance. He regularly publishes and edits material in his area of expertise.
