About Daniel Goldstein

Daniel Goldstein is an associate in SRZ’s M&A and securities and shareholder activism groups. He focuses his practice on shareholder activism, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions. He received his JD from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, where he was deputy editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law, and his BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
