About Dayaar Singla

Dayaar Singla is an associate in Trilegal's TMT practice. He has advised various clients on regulatory advisory, data protection, intermediary obligations, e-commerce, and new technology models. Dayaar has assisted in preparing representations to the Indian government on e-commerce laws. He graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, with three gold medals and is a member of the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana. He has served as Editor of the Indian Journal of Intellectual Property Law and has testified before the Special 301 Panel (2019) United States Trade Representative as part of the congressionally mandated review of the global state of IP rights.
