About Davide Massiglia

Davide Massiglia is a counsel at McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato, who focuses his practice on investment funds, international taxation, corporate income taxation, M&A, Italian and international tax planning for high net worth individuals and the taxation of real estate investments. He regularly advises managers and investors on fund formation and structuring, carried interest and transaction structuring, including financings. He graduated cum laude from Genoa University and is a member of the International Fiscal Association. He co-authored the chapter on “Fund structuring in Italy” in “Global Tax Considerations in Private Fund Formation” (Private Equity International, 2016).
