About Dominic Emmett

Dominic Emmett is a partner and heads the restructuring and insolvency group at Gilbert + Tobin. He brings nearly 40 years of significant local and international experience. His expertise includes preparing and negotiating standstill and forbearance arrangements; debt restructuring and schemes of arrangement; structured administration and receivership sales; and advice to directors, receivers, administrators and liquidators. Recently, he has led the Gilbert + Tobin team working at the heart of Australia’s major restructurings.
