About Gustavo Rabello

Gustavo Rabello has more than 20 years’ solid experience in advising TozziniFreire Advogados’ clients on investment fund formation and management in Brazil, as well as on syndicated loans and project finance. His expertise includes assisting securitisation companies, asset managers and multinational corporations in the offering of securities in Brazil, in addition to cross-border investments, direct negotiation of agreements, trust deeds and indentures, the structuring of infrastructure projects, and the co-ordination of transactions involving trustee collateral services (eg, collateral agency roles and acting as custodian of notes and securities, as well as a registrar agent and a escrow agent). He has also experience as a foreign associate in London and Shanghai. Gustavo is a member of the firm’s ESG group and has expertise in structuring ESG-related financial transactions. He is a published author.
