About Gregor Pajek

Gregor Pajek is a partner at Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners who regularly advises clients, including financial institutions, on banking, finance, capital markets, corporate finance transactions and M&A. Gregor has been involved mainly in corporate finance work of late, in the context of M&A transactions, acquisition finance, capital increases and debt financing, as well as refinancing, corporate restructurings and post-acquisition corporate integration. He is a visiting lecturer at the Ljubljana faculty of law and the Ljubljana faculty of economics on public takeovers, acquisitions of private companies, and corporate finance topics.
