About Gláucia Coelho

Gláucia Coelho is a partner at Machado Meyer who is an expert in the prevention and settlement of conflicts before the judiciary and public agencies. She holds a PhD in Civil Procedural Law, of which she is also a Professor, and has experience in diverse types of disputes, especially strategic claims. She advises on matters of consumer law and product liability, assisting in negotiations with Brazilian authorities and representing interests in class actions. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the São Paulo Lawyers Association, the International Bar Association, the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law, and the Centre for Advanced Studies in Civil Procedure.
