About Giselle Herrera

Giselle Herrera is a senior associate at Palacios Lleras, specialising in international and domestic arbitration and litigation, in cases concerning public international, administrative, civil, commercial, and financial law. She holds an LLM from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practise law in Colombia and New York. Ms Herrera has worked in the Chile and Colombia offices of a major international law firm, in public and private companies, and in an international court in The Hague. She has advised clients in mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, capitalisations, corporate transformations, contract law, capital markets transactions, and private equity matters, among others.
