About Gijs van Koeveringe

Gijs van Koeveringe is an associate at Houthoff specialising in business restructurings, financial transactions, supply chain structuring, transfer pricing documentation, and dispute resolution for clients in various industries. He assists clients with economic and financial analyses of intra-group transactions, as well as designing, implementing, documenting and defending transfer pricing policies. In addition, he has frequently been involved in the conclusion of advance pricing agreements with the Dutch Tax Authorities. Gijs is a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, where he teaches transfer pricing on the advanced LLM programme in International Taxation. In addition, he has (co-)authored several articles on transfer pricing.
