About George Loutas

George Loutas is head of the property and construction team at Hive Law. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial and high-end residential property; in all aspects of property development and property financing, commercial leasing, building and construction, and tendering and procurement; and in all facets of hotel and resort law. He also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating all property-related documentation. George was formerly a senior associate at DLA Piper in Australia and subsequently head of real estate and construction at Maples and Calder (Cayman Islands) for 16 years. George is a notary public in the Cayman Islands and is also fully fluent in Greek.
