About Blaž Ogorevc

Blaž Ogorevc has been a partner with Selih and Partners since 2011. He co-heads the insolvency and restructuring practice and specialises in corporate and financial restructurings, insolvency and secured financing deals. His experience includes claw-back litigation and assisting banks in the financial restructuring of large corporate clients. He also heads the firm’s real estate practice, which has played an important role in Slovenia's largest real estate deals in recent years, and he regularly advises buyers, sellers and asset managers in all types of real estate transactions and affairs.
