Bernt Heiberg
is partner at Elden and head of the firm’s general criminal litigation practice, a part of the firm’s executive management, and a member of the firm’s board of directors. He has a broad experience with both white-collar crimes and other high-profile criminal litigations – including complex money laundering and asset forfeiture cases. Heiberg was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Norway in 2021 and is a member of the Norwegian Bar association’s expert committee on criminal law and litigation.
