Benjamin Jacobsen Hamnes
is an attorney and manager in EY Norway’s corporate tax department. He holds a Master’s in Law. Benjamin works on Norwegian and international corporate taxation and transfer pricing. He has experience in EY’s transfer pricing department, and from working at a Norwegian law firm within the oil and gas, and energy sectors. Benjamin has focused on intangible property-related matters throughout his career, and he wrote his master’s thesis on the OECD’s DEMPE concept. Today Benjamin is part of the tax controversy team at EY Norway, focusing on tax audits and disputes.
