About Barry Levenfeld

Barry Levenfeld is a senior partner at Yigal Arnon & Co. and a member of its executive committee. Barry represents many leading multinational technology and other Israeli and overseas companies with respect to M&A transactions, and acts for prominent Israeli and foreign private equity and venture capital funds on fund formation and portfolio investments. He also deals in complex intellectual property transactions, including strategic partnering and licensing, in the life sciences, software, semiconductor and other technology fields. In addition, he represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and other securities transactions in Israel, the USA and other countries.
