Arman Bigazin
is a founding partner of Haller Lomax with previous employment at White & Case, Deloitte and Grata. Arman specialises in energy, environmental protection, construction and public-private partnerships, and has been advising large local and international companies in those sectors for over 18 years. Arman also has solid experience in law making: he was the lead drafter of the new Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and related legislation, and has participated in the development of the new Subsoil Use Code, the legislation on venture financing, the Entrepreneurial (Business) Code, the Law on Public-Private Partnership, and the Constitutional Law on the Astana International Financial Centre.
