About Arthur Chang

Arthur Chang is a partner of LCS with experience in Chinese and foreign investments into Taiwan, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy, fintech, and entertainment law. He has represented various Chinese and foreign investors in tender offer bids, asset deals, joint ventures, equity transactions and cross-border commercial litigation, as well as domestic and foreign issuers' IPO applications on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Arthur has also led landmark renewable power projects, including project finance and M&A for offshore/onshore wind and solar farms. He is admitted in Taiwan and holds an LLB degree from the National Taiwan University and an LLM degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
