About Alexis González-Pagani

Alexis González-Pagani focuses his practice on addressing the international taxation issues of individuals and entities; assisting the relocation process of individuals and companies to Puerto Rico; the structuring of new businesses in and outside of Puerto Rico; advising on the restructuring of existing businesses in order to maximise tax savings and opportunities; structuring the inbound Puerto Rico investments and operations of multinational entities; working on the tax aspects of contracts, mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations in Puerto Rico; and advising on the structuring and organisation of private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds that operate and invest in and outside of Puerto Rico.
