Adriana Maria Cruz Dias de Oliveira is a partner at Thomaz Bastos, Waisberg, Kurzweil Advogados and graduated from the University of São Paulo (LLB, 2004) with postgraduate Master's studies in Contract Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – São Paulo School of Law (2008), Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – São Paulo School of Economics (2010), an LLM from University of New York School of Law (2012) and Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (2018). Adriana is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and New York Bar, and also a member of the Board of Directors of the TMA (Turnaround Management Association).
