About Anna Hickey

Anna Hickey advises Irish and international clients in relation to a broad spectrum of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, project finance, reorganisations and strategic matters. Her expertise spans many sectors, including technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, real estate, infrastructure and not-for-profit. She is a member of Philip Lee's Foreign Direct Investment practice and US business group, regularly advising companies on business in and into Ireland. Anna has considerable experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including service level agreements, purchase contracts, terms of business and software licence agreements. Anna is part of the firm’s immigration and not-for-profit practices, focusing on advising foundations, semi-state entities and NGOs on corporate governance matters.
