About Anna Wyrzykowska

Anna Wyrzykowska is a partner at WKB, head of the Real Estate & Property Development practice and co-head of the French desk. Anna has more than 18 years of experience in advising on real estate trading law, spatial planning and land development law, and construction law. She assists clients in property purchases, location of prospective developments and contracting with architects and construction companies. She has many years’ experience in advising on commercialisation and in representing clients in dispute resolution and administrative proceedings. She also assists clients in various corporate issues, and leads on M&A transactions (notably involving the real estate industry). Anna holds the positions of president of the AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats) and officer of the IBA Real Estate Section.
