About Anette Fjeld

Anette Fjeld specialises in dispute resolution, with expertise in insurance and tort litigation, as well as tax and VAT litigation. She has broad experience in litigation before the district courts, the courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of Norway and the supranational EFTA Court, and has argued several landmark cases before the Norwegian Supreme court on insurance and tax principles in recent years. Anette has been appointed as acting judge in the Borgarting Court of Appeal and deputy judge in the Oslo District Court. She has significant experience in leading main hearings and hearings of appeal, and in handing down judgments and mediating cases as a judicial mediator. She is now appointed as external judicial mediator to the Borgarting Court of Appeal and the district courts in its jurisdiction. Anette is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.
