About Andrew Rigden Green

Andrew Rigden Green has practised international arbitration, litigation and mediation at Stephenson Harwood in London and Hong Kong for over 20 years. He is the head of the international arbitration team in Greater China. Andrew has a wide range of experience in advising and representing clients in commercial disputes in the oil and gas, marine transport, trade and asset finance and commodity trade sectors. He also represents clients in shareholder and joint venture disputes. He has represented clients in ad hoc, institutional and trade arbitrations in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. He has represented clients in the English and Hong Kong courts, in obtaining interim measures, and enforcing and challenging arbitration awards. Andrew writes regularly on arbitration.
