About Andre Yeap

Andre Yeap is Rajah & Tann Singapore's senior partner, overseeing the firm’s disputes practice. He specialises in a broad range of cross-border corporate, commercial, construction and insolvency-related disputes and has been counsel or arbitrator in various billion-dollar international arbitration disputes. These include arbitrations involving state investors, oil and gas concessions, steel plants, failed port ventures, and gold and coal mines. Andre has also led some of the region’s largest insolvencies, including Lehman Brothers and MF Global. Notably, he was party to the formation of the Singapore International Commercial Court and is consistently recognised in numerous legal publications. Andre has been a member of Singapore’s Energy Market Authority Board and Esplanade Board.
