About Anders Brosveet

Anders Brosveet is managing partner at Elden and heads the firm’s white-collar crime litigation practice. He has represented defendants in many of the most high-profile white-collar crime cases in Norway since the end of the 1990’s, including a considerable number of high-profile acquittals. Brosveet was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Norway in 2003, and he frequently pleads a wide range of cases before the Supreme Court. Since 2019, Brosveet is a permanent member of the Norwegian government’s expert commission on criminal law (Straffelovrådet). Brosveet represents Norway in the CCBE Criminal Law Committee. He is member of the Norwegian Bar Association, the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) and European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers (EFCL).
