António Magalhães Ramalho joined Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados in September 2017 and is a member of the team that advises clients on cross-border inbound and outbound investments into lusophone Africa, often in respect of large-scale project finance deals. He works on a daily basis with multiple jurisdictions and has advised international clients in a number of practice areas, notably energy, natural resources and infrastructure, corporate, M&A, banking and finance, and shipping.
