About Claudia Bosco

Claudia Bosco is part of the litigation department of LCA Studio Legale and mainly deals with civil, commercial and corporate law, both in judicial and non-litigation matters. She has gained significant experience in civil litigation, with particular reference to corporate and commercial disputes. She has provided out-of-court assistance and advice related to commercial agreements and ordinary companies’ business activity, as well as to the definition of the corporate governance structure and the management of extraordinary transactions. She is a contributor to “Commentario Pratico al Regolamento della Camera Arbitrale di Milano”, published in 2021.
