Claudia Bosco
is part of the litigation department of LCA Studio Legale and mainly deals with civil, commercial and corporate law, in both judicial and non-litigation matters. She has gained significant experience in civil litigation with particular reference to corporate and commercial disputes. She has provided out-of-court assistance and advice relating to commercial agreements and the ordinary companies’ business activity, as well as to the definition of the corporate governance structure and the management of extraordinary transactions.
