About Chris Chen

Chris Chen is a partner of DaHui’s capital markets and M&A practice groups. His practice focuses on capital markets, general corporate, M&A and venture capital financings. He represents Chinese corporate clients in their M&A, joint venture and outbound investment transactions, as well as venture capital firms or early stage companies in corporate financing transactions. Chris also has extensive experience in a variety of equity and debt offerings in both the USA and Hong Kong markets. He regularly advises companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance and compliance matters, including issues arising under both Chinese and US law. He is licensed to practise law in China, New York and California.
