About Charlotte Le Roux

Charlotte Le Roux is a counsel at Hogan Lovells, focusing her practice on commercial contracts and regulatory matters relating to data privacy and cybersecurity, information technologies, mobility/transportation and telecommunications. Charlotte works on innovative subjects such as artificial intelligence, connected objects, autonomous vehicles and digital transition. She works closely with both French and international clients by providing them with regulatory advice and assisting them in the setting up of contractual schemes in various industry sectors, such as IT, automotive/transportation, energy and financial institutions. Charlotte teaches telecommunications and space law at the Paris V University and data protection law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
