About Chung-Teh Lee

Chung-Teh Lee is a co-founder of Lee, Tsai & Partners, where he supervises the firm’s dispute resolution practice. He specialises in dispute resolutions, construction projects, cross-border transactions and M&A. He is a former judge and was appointed by the Ministry of Transportation and Communication as a member of the Dispute Resolution Board for the Taiwan High-Speed Rail project. He has acted as an arbitrator, legal representative and expert witness in a number of arbitrations before the CAA, ICC and AAA, etc. He is also listed by the CAA as a recommended president for construction arbitrations. He regularly gives arbitration-related speeches and advocates arbitration policies.
