Carlos Roberto Z Lopez is a senior partner at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. His arbitration work is complemented by a wide-ranging practice, which has included cases before the Philippine Supreme Court, Court of Tax Appeals, Office for the Ombudsman, the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, the Intellectual Property Office, the Philippine Competition Commission, the graft court (“Sandiganbayan”), courts of appeal, the Central Board of Assessment Appeals and local boards of assessment appeals.
