About Catherine Gordley

Catherine Gordley is a counsel at Van Bael & Bellis who specialises in EU competition law. Her practice includes advising clients in EU and multi-jurisdictional merger proceedings, and in antitrust and abuse of dominance investigations. Catherine’s experience spans a range of sectors, with particular experience in the life sciences sector, including advising pharmaceutical companies on matters related to distribution, pricing, denigration and generic/biosimilar market entry. Catherine is a contributing author of many publications, including Van Bael & Bellis’s recently published 6th edition of Competition Law of the European Community.
